We reserve the right to change our Terms and Conditions any time. Please inform about the Terms and Conditions current at the date you submit your order at www. familysafety.ch.

Product assortment and information
We at FamilySafety do our best to make sure that all of the content on our site is correct. However, we know that unintentional errors may occur.
FamilySafety reserves the right to change its stock availability on the site and to remove items from the product range before a purchase has been registered.
If the item you have ordered is out of stock or does not meet our standard of quality, we will notify you by e-mail and refund your payment within 7 days of being advised that the item has become unavailable.
Colour: Please note that we have made every effort to render colours accurately. However, due to the display and colour capabilities of your computer monitor, the colour and/or representation might not be exactly the same as the actual item.
Sizes: all sizes in familysafety.ch agree with the particular brand, please take it into account before placing an order. However, if an item is the wrong size, you may exchange for a different size in the same item.
The products sold at www.familysafety.ch are intended to be used strictly in accordance with the manufacturers’ latest published instructions as set out on the www.familysafety.ch site, on the product purchased itself or attached and sent with the ordered product.
Prices
All prices on www.familysafety.ch are given in CHF and EURO. Shipping costs are not included in the price, but calculated as an extra charge.
If your order exceeds the CHF 100.00 in Switzerland or EUR 500.00 in the European Union, we pay the delivery, so it is free for you.
If you order from Switzerland, the price is given in CHF and contains VAT. If you order outside from Switzerland, no Swiss VAT will be charged and the VAT liability is shifted to the recipient of the product. Products for delivery outside Switzerland may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or customs charges. These charges are levied once the parcel arrives at its destination, and must be paid by the recipient. Please contact your local customs office for further details.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Once you select a product at www.familysafety.ch, the charges (prices, any applicable delivery costs etc.) you must pay will be shown on the website. After submitting your order you will see all the charges in the confirmation e-mail, too.
Purchases
The contract between you and FamilySafety begins once you place an order. When placing an order, we will send you an electronic order confirmation to your valid email address.
Contractual language at www.familysafety.ch web shop is only English, French, German and Hungarian.
The ordering procedure is the following:
- Select the products you intend to buy – click on the button I buy it
- Check your Shopping cart with the selected items – click on the Shopping cart button
- After reviewing the products you intend to buy – click on the button Checkout
- You can choose if you want to register on our site or continue the ordering procedure without registration. By creating an account you will be able to shop faster, be up to date on an order’s status, and keep track of the orders you have previously made.
- Enter your personal data: name, e-mail address, phone numer and postal address.
- Choose paying method
- After reviewing our order click on the button Confirmation order. With this you send your order to us.
- Payment
- You will get a confirmation letter on your order in electronic form
You can stop the ordering procedure any time before paying by clicking backwards on the site or even simply closing the browser.
In order to make purchases through www.familysafety.ch, you will be requested to provide us with your personal details (name, delivery address, e-mail address, phone number). It is your responsibility to provide valid and correct information and that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.
If you discover that you have made a mistake with your order after you have submitted it to the www.familysafety.ch site, please contact us at info@familysafety.ch immediately. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to amend your order in accordance with your instructions.
Purchases made on www.familysafety.ch are for the personal or gift use of the buyer only. Re-sale, commercial purposes, or any other commercial benefit is prohibited. FamilySafety reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any customer or postal address.
If you are under 18, you may use our www.familysafety.ch web shop only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:
a. we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered; or
b. we do not deliver to your area.
If we do cancel your contract, we will notify you by e-mail.
You agree that you will receive the invoices exclusively in electronic form.
Payment
On www.familysafety.ch it is possible to pay by bank transfer, via a PayPal, by a debit card or a credit card, Postfinance Card or on invoice.
Alternatively, you may pay by any method that we have said is acceptable to us – please write an e-mail for further request at info@familysafety.ch.
We will process your orders once we receive a receipt of your payment.
Please note that shipping is not included in the price displayed on the product page of the web shop, but is calculated as an extra charge.
We reserve the right not to accept your order if we are, for example, unable to obtain authorization for your payment. We also reserve the right to refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.
We only accept payments from accounts within Europe. We shall not be bound to pay any charges concerning bank transactions.
Delivery
We strive to deliver your purchased items as soon as possible. All orders are processed as soon as the payment transaction is complete.
Normally deliveries take approximately 2-3 workdays within Switzerland, and 5-10 workdays in Europe, but we cannot guarantee any firm delivery dates and we are not held responsible for delayed deliveries since we are not accountable for unexpected proceedings.
We shall aim to let you know if we expect that we are unable to meet our estimated delivery date, but we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
On delivery of the purchased product, you may be required to sign for delivery. You agree to inspect the product for any obvious faults, defects or damage before you sign for delivery. You need to keep receipt of the delivered product in case of future discussions with us about it.
Only customers with a valid European address may place orders in www.familysafety.ch web shop. Unfortunately, we are currently not able to deliver our products outside of Europe.
EU countries: FamilySafety is registered and operates under Swiss law. Switzerland is outside of the European Union (EU), hence we have a customs barrier when shipping products to our EU customers.
Please note that any extra taxes and duties due to the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
All shipped packages are insured. If the package and/or the content is damaged upon arrival, please report it to the courier upon delivery. If you notice any damages when you unpack your items, please contact us within 2 days at info@familysafety.ch. Always keep your receipt.
We deliver in our standard packaging. Any special packaging requested by you is subject to additional charges.
Guarantee and complaints management
We at FamilySafety place great value on our customers’ satisfaction. You may contact us at any time using info@familysafety.ch e-mail address. We will attempt to address your concerns as soon as reasonably possible (1-2 working days). In guarantee cases, the manufacturer frequently must be involved, and as such it may take longer to resolve such an enquiry or complaint.
In the unlikely event that you receive an item which proves to be faulty we are happy to help. However, we do ask that you notify us of any problem within 2 days. In order to provide you with any remedies for a faulty product, we may need your assistance and prompt provision of certain information regarding the product (specifying the problem, delivery note number or other information concerning order and transport).
Returning a faulty product, please:
- write us an e-mail to info@familysafety.ch and provide your order number
- write a brief explanation of the problem
- pack the product(s) so that they will not be damaged in transit – in the original package, if possible.

If the required condition complies, we will refund the product price together with the original and returning shipping costs within 7 days from when we receive the item at FamilySafety. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for the product.
Return and exchange
FamilySafety wishes to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, you may return the item within 14 days from the date you received the item from FamilySafety. The returned product must be in its original condition, it cannot be used, washed, modified or damaged. If the returned product is used or damaged, we do not guarantee a full refund of your costs.
Returning a product, please:
- write us an e-mail to info@familysafety.ch and provide your order number
- write a brief explanation of the reason why you want to resend the product
- pack the product(s) so that they will not be damaged in transit – in the original package, if possible.

We are not responsible for the availability of these websites, nor will we be liable in any way for any loss or damage which you my suffer by using those websites. If you decide to access linked third party websites you do so at your own risk.
The FamilySafety name and logo and all related names, design marks and slogans are our trademarks or service marks.
You must not use any part of the materials on the www.familysafety.ch for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us.
General
These Terms and Conditions, the contract and all legal relations between FamilySafety GmbH and the customer shall be governed in accordance with Swiss Law.
